SARNIÇ in the Composite Sector
At Sarnıç, we provide solutions that shape the future with composite technology. For many years, stainless steel products were used in the water storage sector across Turkey and the Middle East. However, the high costs and short lifespan of these products prompted the search for alternatives.
With the introduction of GRP (Glass Reinforced Polyester) material, a revolutionary transformation began in water storage technologies. At this point, Sarnıç established Turkey's first and only Integrated Servo System Hot Press Composite Facility in 2021 to meet the emerging need.
Our goal was to contribute to our country's exports and meet the region's water tank needs with the highest quality in the shortest time,through Central Anatolia's first integrated composite production facility.
Innovative Technology and Production Capacity
Sarnıç has taken a leading role in the composite sector by using GRP (Glass-reinforced plastic) n the production of modular water tank panels. In our facility, we not only produce the panels but also manufacture the raw material SMC (Sheet Molding Compound), minimizing dependence on external sources.
The composite components and special formulas used for SMC paste guarantee the high strength and long-lasting use of our products. By producing Turkey's first heated servo system hydraulic press machines, we offer both speed and quality.
Additionally, we produce panels with a bright and flawless surface quality, thanks to molds made of P20 material.
Earthquake and Reconstruction Process
The major earthquakes we experienced in 2023 left many of our citizens homeless and created a significant need for the reconstruction of our cities.
Sarnıç we are providing rapid and continuous production support to the construction sector, primarily for TOKİ projects, after the earthquake. We contribute to the rebuilding process by ensuring uninterrupted production from Ankara to the regions in need.
Products and Technology
We are a leading player in the sector with the technologies used in the manufacturing of our modular water tank panels. Thanks to our production capacity, we not only provide water tanks but also chimney systems, waste separation units, and building ventilation solutions.
All of our products are manufactured from stainless materials, have a service life of up to 100 years, are non-combustible, and are certified by international organizations for their compliance with health standards. Thanks to these features, we have an extensive export network from Turkey to the Middle East and African countries.
Rainwater Storage and Eco-Friendly Solutions
We take pride in our eco-friendly solutions. Each year, we produce GRP tanks with a capacity of 48,000 tons, reaching a total rainwater storage capacity of 48 million liters.
This capacity provides ideal water savings for both individual users and industrial facilities. Our rainwater storage solutions make a significant contribution to the conservation and sustainability of water resources.
Exhibitions and Export Successes
As a brand that has proven itself on the international stage, we participate in major exhibitions worldwide. Most recently, we presented our products and solutions to global professionals at prestigious events like the Big 5 Dubai Exhibition.
Additionally, we contribute to our country's exports by exporting to many countries, primarily Uzbekistan, Iraq, and African nations.
